1. Bookings

• All bookings are confirmed once your details are received and verified by our team.
• Bookings may be made via WhatsApp, phone, email or the website enquiry form.

2. Payment

• Payment is required before the start of each journey unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.
• Accepted payment methods: card, bank transfer, mobile money.

3. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the journey may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee depending on driver preparation and distance involved.

4. Service Availability

• Kwathu Cars predominantly operates during daylight hours for passenger safety.
• In cases of extreme weather, road closures or unexpected vehicle issues, Kwathu Cars reserves the right to adjust travel times.

5. Luggage

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is properly secured.
• Oversized or heavy items must be declared in advance.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
• Kwathu Cars reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger engaging in unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

7. Liability

• Kwathu Cars is fully insured for passenger transport.
• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Private & Corporate Hire

• Rates vary depending on location, duration and client needs.
• Multi-day hire requires a written agreement. Please get in touch if you would like to hire our car for corporate functions.

9. Event Transport

• Wedding and event bookings should be made early due to high demand during weekends and holidays.

10. Privacy

• Client information (names, phone numbers, routes) is held securely and not shared with third parties.
