1. Cancellations
We understand travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and flexible.
2. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment (e.g., mobile money or bank transfer).
3. No-Show PolicyIf a passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and has not contacted us, the trip may be marked as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
4. Service Changes by Kwathu CarsIn rare cases where Kwathu Cars must cancel or adjust a trip due to extreme weather, road closures or mechanical issues:
5. Private & Event HireEvent and corporate bookings may require a 30–50% deposit depending on distance and duration. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event.

- Same-day cancellation: A partial fee may apply to cover driver preparation and fuel allocation.
